Its Bud and Lou at their best. I grew up with these guys and old horror movies of the day were scary. Bud and Lou add a bit of humor to this movie in their own funny style. This movie is very creative. Dracula and Frankenstein arrive in the USA via crates on a ship. Bud and Lou work in a receiving company and are responsible for opening the crates and checking the contents when they arrive. The creepies come in when Lou is left alone with Dracula’s coffin and reads the history out loud. The coffin opens slowly and scares him. Although he calls out for help, he is the only one there to see this. Lou opens the crate with Frankenstein inside and freaks out. In a moment of distraction, as the owner reprimands Bud and Lou for his property disappearing , Dracula activates his monster and they sneak away. The purpose of Dracula and his monster is to get to Dracula's castle.
The events that follow are scary and funny as Bud and Lou make their way to the castle with Lou knowing the monsters are there and Bud thinking otherwise. This is a must see! Rating 4 skulls out of 5
